EOS + Strety Meeting Guide for MSPs

A practical walkthrough for running Level 10 meetings, tracking Rocks, managing Scorecards, and solving Issues using Strety.

Introduction

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) provides a simple, powerful framework for running and growing a business. But implementing EOS consistently—especially in busy MSPs—can be a challenge. That’s where Strety comes in.

Strety is a purpose-built software platform that brings EOS to life. It provides digital tools for:

  • Running weekly Level 10 meetings
  • Tracking quarterly Rocks
  • Managing team Scorecards
  • Capturing and solving Issues
  • Assigning and following up on To-Dos

This guide will show you how to combine EOS and Strety to create a focused, accountable rhythm in your MSP.

Step 1: Set Up Your V/TO in Strety

Your Vision/Traction Organiser (V/TO) is the foundation of EOS. In Strety:

  • Navigate to the V/TO section
  • Fill in your 10-Year Target, 3-Year Picture, and 1-Year Plan
  • Define your Core Values, Core Focus, and Marketing Strategy
  • Identify and update your Quarterly Rocks (more on this below)

Tip: Review your V/TO as a leadership team at least once per quarter.

Step 2: Structure Your Weekly Level 10 Meetings

The Level 10 (L10) meeting is the heartbeat of EOS—and Strety makes it easy to run. Each week, your team should follow this consistent agenda:

  1. Segue (5 min) – Personal and professional check-in
  2. Scorecard (5 min) – Review key metrics (from Strety’s Scorecard view)
  3. Rock Review (5 min) – Update progress on quarterly Rocks
  4. Customer/Employee Headlines (5 min) – Quick highlights
  5. To-Do List (5 min) – Review last week’s completed/incomplete tasks
  6. IDS (60 min) – Identify, Discuss, and Solve the top Issues
  7. Conclude (5 min) – Rate the meeting, recap To-Dos, and share messages for the team

In Strety: All these sections are pre-built—no more clunky slide decks or shared docs.

Step 3: Create & Track Quarterly Rocks

Rocks are your team’s top 3–7 priorities for the quarter. To manage Rocks in Strety:

  • Go to the Rocks section
  • Create Rocks, assign them to owners, and add due dates and milestones
  • Update progress each week during your L10 meeting

Tip: Keep Rocks visible and measurable—e.g., “Improve client onboarding time by 30%.”

Step 4: Build and Use Your Scorecard

Your Scorecard tracks 5–15 key metrics that give insight into the health of your MSP. In Strety:

  • Navigate to the Scorecard tab
  • Add weekly metrics (e.g. MRR, Tickets Resolved, CSAT, Profit Margin)
  • Assign each metric an owner, a target, and track weekly results

Tip: Use colour coding (green/amber/red) to quickly flag wins or risks.

Step 5: Run Effective IDS Sessions

The IDS process (Identify, Discuss, Solve) is where the real value of EOS happens. Strety makes this easy:

  • During your L10, open the Issues List
  • Prioritise the top 3 issues for discussion
  • Capture solutions as To-Dos in real-time

Tip: Stay focused—don’t over-discuss. The goal is to solve, not admire the issue.

Step 6: Assign and Follow Up on To-Dos

At the end of each L10, assign action items and record them in Strety:

  • Add each To-Do with a name, owner, and due date
  • Review completed and overdue To-Dos at the start of the next meeting

Tip: Keep To-Dos simple and binary—done or not done.

Final Thoughts

Combining EOS with Strety gives your MSP the structure, visibility, and rhythm to scale without chaos. Weekly L10 meetings become faster, more focused, and actually lead to action.
