Adelvium Referral Programme – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1st January 2025 By participating in the Adelvium Referral Programme ("the Programme"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation and eligibility for rewards.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over. 1.2. Referrals must be businesses or individuals who are not currently clients of Adelvium. 1.3. Referrals must be submitted in good faith, with the referrer having a genuine connection to the contact.

2. How the Programme Works

2.1. To participate, submit a referral via email to contact@adelvium.com or through the official contact form at adelvium.com. 2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information for both yourself and the referred business. 2.3. A referral is only valid if the referred business becomes a paying client of Adelvium within 90 days of the submission. 2.4. Rewards are issued once the referred business has signed a service agreement and completed their first month of engagement.

3. Rewards

3.1. Eligible participants may choose one of the following rewards:
  • £250 Amazon Gift Voucher
  • £250 All4One Gift Voucher
  • £250 Donation to a UK-registered charity of your choice
3.2. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative gifts. 3.3. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted at Adelvium’s discretion.

4. Referral Conditions

4.1. Referrals must be legitimate MSPs or IT service providers with valid contact information. 4.2. You must have obtained consent from the referred party before sharing their contact details. 4.3. Self-referrals or referrals within your own organisation are not eligible.

5. Limitations

5.1. There is no limit to how many referrals you can submit. 5.2. Only one reward will be issued per referred business, regardless of how many people submit the same referral.

6. Disqualification

6.1. Referrals that do not meet eligibility or submission requirements will be disqualified. 6.2. Adelvium reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the Programme.

7. Programme Modifications

7.1. Adelvium reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without notice. 7.2. Changes will not affect rewards already earned.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information submitted during the Programme will be used solely for administration purposes and will be handled in accordance with Adelvium’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

9.1. Adelvium shall not be liable for any loss or disappointment resulting from participation in the Programme.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
